Sign up or renew your membership in the loyalty program ENELPREMIA WOW!*, it's simple and immediate, you can do it through the Customer Area, from the App by Enel Energia (from Apple Store or Play Store as soon as the dedicated function is available), by going to the closest Spazio Enel (click here to view the one closest to you) or by contacting our Customer Service at toll-free number 800.900.860.
Subscribing to the ENELPREMIA WOW!* loyalty program is completely free and allows you to obtain, if you register registration by 30 November 2021, WOW! points and a one-off bonus of 10 euros in your bill.
How to earn WOW! points
Each month for each supply ** of power and/or natural gas in your name, you earn loyalty points, which increase every three months.
But it doesn't stop there! You can accumulate many other WOW! points if you also perform the so-called “virtuous actions”, for example by activating the Web Bill, which allows you to conveniently receive your bills directly in your e-mail box and always available in Customer Area and on the Enel Energia App, or by purchasing one of the numerous products and services provided by Enel X or by other partner companies taking part in the initiative.
How to use WOW! points
Wherever you are, through the "WOW!" of the Enel Energia App or in the Customer Area on the enel.it website in the ENELPREMIA WOW! you can always have the balance of your WOW! points at your fingertips, consult our rewards catalog dedicated to you and request rewards with a simple click. Otherwise you can also choose to go to one of the over 1200 Spazio Enel in Italy (check here the closest to you) or contact our Customer Service at the toll-free number 800.900.860.

* Subscription to the loyalty program ENELPREMIA WOW! is allowed to natural persons of age, resident in Italy, already customers on the free market with Enel Energia, holders of an active supply of natural gas for domestic use of the type "individual heating", "use of cooking food and hot water" and/or active supply of household electricity. All those who do not fall within the categories indicated above and those who use the services of last resort are expressly excluded from participating in the Contest. Cases for which the regulation imposes a specific prohibition to subscribe are also excluded (by way of example but not limited to PLACET offers).
