We inform you that as of 28 September 2020 Enel Energia has adapted the information systems for allowing its customers to automatically activate the payment of services through the domiciliation on current accounts of banks belonging to SEPA countries (i.e. the 27 EU member states and Vatican City, Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Principality of Monaco, United Kingdom, Switzerland and San Marino).
From today therefore, if you are not yet our customer and wish to activate the SEPA bank domiciliation, you can request it at the same time as signing an offer through the channel used to subscribe to the offer or by choosing the one that best suits your comfort.
If you are already our customer, activate the service by accessing the Customer Area in the "Services/Direct Debit" section or contact us via our channels.
