Response to the complaint from Adiconsum Sardegna and Consumerismo

 

With reference to the complaint filed with the Antitrust by Adiconsum Sardegna in collaboration with the Non-Profit Consumerism Association, Enel Energia specifies that it has only renewed expired or expiring offers as contractually provided. Renewal notifications are sent to end customers with a notice period of at least 90 days, and the customer always retains the option to terminate the supply contract. Furthermore, each communication includes an estimate of the annual expenses calculated based on the new economic conditions communicated with the renewal.
