Enel Energia's boiler maintenance services are designed to offer you the opportunity to take care of your boiler without worries. Through the payment of a monthly fee you have 1 routine boiler maintenance every 12 months. Plus if you are an Enel Energia customer you can conveniently pay in your bill.

Included in the service Check-up Caldaia Basic

• Check for water and gas leaks
• Inspection of the chimney draft or wall exhaust
• Burner cleaning, safety device check and primary exchanger cleaning
• Any other checks as indicated in the technical instructions for use and maintenance
• Check the operation of the condensate drain, if present
• Filter cleaning
• Boiler performance check
• Smoke control
• Issuance or updating of the installation booklet and the maintenance statement

You can book your maintenance or request a repair intervention by calling the toll-free number 800.900.129. Before the due date, you will receive a reminder to carry out the maintenance and comply with current regulations.
