Relive the history of Enel Energia's loyalty program while waiting for new initiatives
ENELPREMIA WOW! has been the completely free loyalty program dedicated to our customers who own one or more supplies of fiber, gas, and power for domestic use on the free market.
Since 2019 it has won millions of subscribers throughout Italy, with special initiatives, bill bonuses, discount coupons, contests and many fantastic prizes, created to reward the loyalty of our customers.
Subscribers to the program, moreover, since 2021 have had the opportunity to accumulate so-called “WOW!” points and use them to redeem fantastic prizes featured in a rich prize catalog.
ENELPREMIA WOW!! ended on October 29, 2024, but its story does not end here, it continues to tell its story in the moments and initiatives that have consolidated the relationship of trust between us and our customers in a moment of play and participation.

The history of ENELPREMIA WOW!
Coupons were one of the many new features of ENELPREMIA WOW!: expendable for the purchase of products and services offered by third-party partners selected by Enel Energia (such as books, clothing, perfumes, etc.) or for the purchase of services provided by the Contest Promoter itself. A reward system structured as follows: a welcome coupon upon enrollment in the loyalty program and weekly and special coupons, all published on the Enel Energia App or on the dedicated page of the site and downloadable up to 7 days after their publication.
Once downloaded, the coupons remained available within the App and the dedicated section of the Customer Area, with the possibility of using them until their expiration date, from time to time indicated on the coupons themselves, or to give them as gifts to friends and relatives with the “give coupons” function.
ENELPREMIA WOW! has, then, offered the possibility for members to take advantage of other fantastic prizes such as the Fidelity Bonus on the supply of electricity and/or gas and/or Fiber. But that's not all!
Fabulous prizes with WOW points!
Another strength of ENELPREMIA WOW!! was the WOW!! points. The more points accumulated, the more the rewards catalog was enriched with fabulous prizes. Beginning with welcome points following enrollment in the program, and then moving on to loyalty points, accumulated each month for each active supply of electricity and/or natural gas and/or fiber in the enrolled customer's name. In addition, by performing “virtuous actions” such as activating the di Bolletta Web service, enrolled customers were able to collect additional points.
After collecting WOW!! points, what was next? There was an opportunity to claim rewards from the catalog, depending on various reward thresholds, through all our channels.
