The Autonomous Province of Trento has provided customers with power supplies living in the Autonomous Province of Trento a one-off bonus equal to 180.00 euros, reference period September-December 2022, to be paid in the first bill starting March 2023. This initiative aims to give customers relief for the costs incurred due to the energy crisis.
When and how the bonus will be paid
The bonus will be paid automatically to holders of a resident-type domestic power supply, active on 1 December 2022 and with available power until at 6.6 kW. Therefore, supplies activated after 1 December 2022 or with a power higher than that indicated above remain excluded from the initiative.
It is specified that if the total amount of the first bill useful for disbursement is less than the total amount of the bonus, the remaining portion of the credit will be recognized in the next bill.
What will be indicated on the bill
The bonus will be paid on the bill and will be visible under the heading "energy bonus". The following explanatory message will be included in the bill:
“This invoice contains the energy bonus recognized by the Autonomous Province of Trento, pursuant to the Resolutions of the Provincial Council of 2 December 2022 n. 2244/2022 and 13 January 2023 n. 8/2023”.
