Enel Fibra Flash Trio Web
If the requested migration of the internet line is not technically possible, a new internet line will be activated and the customer must independently withdraw from the contract with the previous operator. Offer in FTTH technology by Enel Energia reserved for new Fibra customers with domestic power and gas supplies (excluding PLACET offers and the service with gradual protections for non-vulnerable domestic customers).
For these customers, the base fee of €24.90/month will be discounted to €17.90/month for the first 36 months. Direct debit on bank account or payment card is required for subscriptions through the web channel for all fiber offers. The activation cost for subscriptions through channels other than the web is €29.90. A deactivation cost of costo_disattivazione € VAT included applies in case of withdrawal within the first 24 months. Withdrawal from the electricity and/or gas supply contract results in the loss or adjustment of the right to the discount starting from the first day of the month following the withdrawal and determines a change in the validity terms of the discount and of the initial contractual commitment of the associated offer.
